The right access, by job, not by ticket.
Decide once what each job gets: a sales rep, a finance analyst, an engineer. Everyone in that job gets it. Accounts are set up automatically on the tools Zonitix connects to, and the rest become dated tasks.
The review an auditor asks for, already done.
Each person’s access goes to the right reviewer to keep or remove. Nobody reviews their own.
- Removing a Zonitix role or group takes effect at once.
- Removing access to an outside app starts a run to remove the account, approved by IT.
- Between reviews, a live view shows access that is outside what the job should have.
The screen on the right is the product itself, on sample data.
Access reviews
Each person’s access, certified or revoked by a reviewer
Product demo · sample dataGiven by job, asked for in the open.
Jobs, groups and exceptions
One table shows each person’s access and where it comes from: their job, a group they are in, or a one-off exception. A group can require a second sign-in step of everyone in it.
Requests
Each request needs two yeses before any account is touched: a business approver, never the person asking, then IT. If the person has left by then, the request is refused.
Everything on record
Every request and every review decision is logged, so the history is there when someone asks.
The same jobs drive what a new hire gets on day one and what is removed on their last: see Onboarding & Offboarding.
