What you get
Your own private Zonitix
Most software keeps every customer’s data in one shared database. Zonitix gives each company its own, kept apart from everyone else’s, in the region you choose. We host it and keep watch over it; your administrator installs updates and runs backups and restores.
The whole plan you choose
Every feature of the plan you pick, for 60 days from the day you sign the pilot agreement.
The founder on your first call
The founder of Zonitix joins your first setup call with your team.
Nothing to pay
No fee, no card and no payment details. You are not obliged to buy.
How it works
Apply
Fill in the short form below. We read every request and reply by email within two business days.
Get your sign-up link
If we approve your request, we email you a link to create your account.
Sign the pilot agreement
One page, signed in your account. Your 60 days start the day you sign.
Send your setup details
A short form in your account, with the web address you want for your Zonitix.
Start using it
Your private Zonitix is ready within one business day (Sunday to Thursday) of you sending those details.
What we ask of you
- Honest feedback: what works, what does not and what is missing.
- A short call with us about every two weeks.
- One call before the pilot ends to decide together whether you continue.
None of this obliges you to buy. We do not name you or your company in public without your written permission.
At the end of the 60 days
If you continue
You pay 20% less than the list price of the plan you choose for your first 12 months, then the list price. Paid by invoice and bank transfer.
If you do not
The pilot stops on day 60, and your Zonitix is deleted together with its data 14 days later. Export your data before then; the backups you wrote to your own storage stay yours.

We take 3 companies at a time, so we read every request ourselves.
