Day one, they’re ready. Last day, they’re out.
When someone joins, changes job or leaves, their access moves with them. You lay out the steps once, and every join, move and leave follows them. No tickets, no spreadsheets.
Lay out the steps once. Every join follows them.
Onboarding and offboarding are each a list of steps in order: the start from HR, the manager’s approval, IT’s setup, the accounts for the job, and dated tasks.
- Each run takes the accounts, apps and equipment from the person’s job title.
- Starting a run is one action. Every access change it makes is logged.
- Onboarding and offboarding each have their own list of steps, and the runs are listed in one place.

What happens at each moment.
Someone joins
Their accounts are set up automatically on the tools Zonitix connects to, from their job title. Anything it can’t do itself, like a laptop, becomes a dated task for IT.
Someone changes job
You see the access to give, take away or keep before anyone approves it. Then the new job’s access is given and the old one removed.
Someone leaves
Their access is removed automatically on the tools Zonitix connects to. Anything a connection can’t remove itself is raised as a task, not forgotten.
Safe to hand over, hard to get wrong.
Nobody signs off alone
Whoever starts a hire can’t also approve it. A different approver signs off, or an administrator steps in.
Changes are checked first
A change to the steps has to pass a check before it can go live, and is approved by someone other than the person who made it, or by an administrator.
You can go back
Every version of the steps is kept, so you can return to an earlier one.
Zonitix sets up and removes access itself on sixteen tools, and on any app that speaks SCIM 2.0. If a step fails, it becomes a written task instead of a silent gap. The full list is on the home page; who can see what each job gets is on the Access Governance page.
