Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

A full refund of your first payment if you ask within 14 days, or if your instance is not ready within one business day. After that, cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you buy a Zonitix plan and it is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to the first payment for a new plan, monthly or annual. You do not need to give a reason.

2. If your instance is late

After you pay we ask for your setup details — a short form that includes the web address you want for your instance. Your instance is ready within one business day of you submitting that form (business days are Sunday to Thursday). If we miss that, tell us and we refund your first payment in full.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email license@zonitix.com from the address on your account, within 14 days of the first payment, and say you want a refund. We will confirm by email. Plans are paid by bank transfer, so we send the refund by bank transfer to the account that paid us; how long it takes to arrive depends on the banks.

A refund ends the subscription. Your instance is then decommissioned, so export anything you need first — see section 11 of our Terms of Service on retention, export and deletion.

4. Later periods and cancellation

After the first 14 days, payments are not refunded. We invoice you before each monthly or annual period and nothing is charged automatically. To stop, email license@zonitix.com before your next invoice is due, or do not pay it; your instance keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments for later periods are not covered by the 14-day guarantee.

5. Order forms

Where an order form we have both agreed sets different payment or refund terms, the order form applies.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund or to cancel that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
