An auditor room
Give your auditor a read-only link to the controls and evidence instead of a user account. They can raise evidence requests from it; your team sees and resolves them. Revoke the link when the audit ends.
Signed, sealed reports
An archived report PDF is digitally signed first, then hashed and sealed into the evidence vault, so the file your auditor holds is the one on record.
A public verify page
Anyone holding a report file can check it against its sealed record without signing in. The answer is match or no match, nothing else.
Share links with a view log
Send a sealed report by link rather than by attachment. You can revoke a link, and see when it was opened.
Auditor pack and board deck
Download one archive with the PDF, the Excel workbook and the CSV together. Reports that support it also export as a slide deck.
