Your to-do list

Find the training you have been given and the policies you have to sign, do them, and get your certificate or signed copy afterwards.

For: Every employeePlan: All plans

Before you start

  • An account you can sign in with. Nothing else is needed. This page is for every employee.
The page is there on every plan. Training and policies to sign show on the Team and Advanced plans. On a plan without them, the list is empty.

Find what you have to do

  1. Step 1: Open your list

Go to My WorkMy to-do. Everything you still have to do is under “To do”: policies to sign first, then training. Each row shows its due date, or “Overdue” if the date has passed.

A link in a reminder email opens the same page, on the item it is about.

Do a course

  1. Step 2: Open the course

Click the button on the course’s row. It reads “Read and confirm” when the course has text to read, “Open” when it is a video, or “Mark as done” when there is nothing to read first.

If the course is only a link to training held somewhere else, click “Open the training”, do it there, then come back and click “I have done this”.

A course has its own guide with more detail: Do a training course you were given.

  2. Step 3: Watch and read

The first page, “What to expect”, says roughly how long the course takes and how many parts and questions it has. If there is a video, it is here under “Watch this first”. Click “Start”.

You read one part per page. Click “Next” to go on and “Back” to go back. A part can have its own video at the top.

If you see “Watch the video to the end to continue.”, the button stays greyed out until the video has finished. Skipping ahead puts you back.

  3. Step 4: Finish it

After the last part, the course asks for one of these:

    • Nothing more: click “Mark as done”.
    • A tick: tick “I have read and understood this.” and click “Confirm and mark done”.
    • A certificate: click “Choose your certificate”, pick a PDF, PNG or JPEG of up to 10 MB, and click “Mark as done”.
    • A knowledge check: see the next step.

“Not now” closes the course without finishing it. It stays on your list.

  4. Step 5: The knowledge check

You get one question per page. Choose an answer and click “Next”. After the last question, click “Review answers”, change any answer with “Change”, then click “Send my answers”.

If you reach the pass mark, the course is done. If not, you are told your score and how many answers were wrong, but not which ones. Click “Read the text again” if you want to, then “Try again”. The next try can have different questions.

Some courses limit the tries in a day. The number left is shown next to the question count. When it reaches zero, try again the next day.

Sign a policy

  1. Step 6: Read and confirm each section

Click “Read and sign” on the policy’s row. Read each section and tick “I have read and agree to this section” under it. The bar at the top counts the sections you have confirmed, and “Go to next” jumps to the first one still open.

A policy that is not split into sections has a single tick: “I have read and agree to this policy”.

Signing has its own guide with more detail: Sign a policy.

  2. Step 7: Type your name and sign

When every section is confirmed, enter your name in “Type your full name to sign” and click “Sign”. Your signature is recorded with your account, the date and time, and the exact text you were shown.

If you stop part-way, the sections you confirmed are saved. You can come back and finish, on the same device or another one.

Afterwards

  1. Step 8: Find what you have done

Finished items move to the “Done” card on the same page.

    • On a course, click “Open” to read it again. “Certificate of completion (PDF)” downloads your certificate, where your company’s plan includes it. If you uploaded a certificate, “Download the certificate I uploaded” gives it back to you.
    • On a policy, click “Read” to see the version you signed, and “Download my signed copy (PDF)” to keep a copy.

A course or policy that has to be done again shows the date, for example “Sign again by …”. When it is due again, it comes back under “To do”.

  2. Step 9: Report a suspicious email

On a plan that includes Training, “Report a suspicious email” is at the top of the page. Do not open the link in the email. Copy it, click the button, paste it into “The link from the email” and click “Report”.

If it was one of your company’s practice emails, you are told so and your report is recorded. If it was not, treat the email as real: do not open the link or any attachment, and tell your security team. The link you paste is only checked against the practice emails. It is not stored.

What you should see

With nothing left, the “To do” card reads “Nothing to do. Training and policies assigned to you show here.”

Each finished course shows “Done” with the date, and each signed policy shows “Signed” with the date.

If something goes wrong

The Start or Next button is greyed out.
The course asks you to watch the video to the end first. Let it play through. Skipping ahead is put back.
"You have used today’s tries for this knowledge check. Read it again and try tomorrow."
This course limits the tries in a day. The tries start again the next day.
The Sign button is greyed out.
Confirm every section first, then type your full name. The name box opens only when every section is ticked.
"This policy was changed while you were reading it…"
Nothing was signed and your ticks were cleared. The current text is now shown. Read it, confirm it again, then sign.
"Your HR team has not added a link or text for this yet. Ask them where to find it."
The course has nothing to open. Ask the person who assigned it where the training is.
"Could not load your policies to sign. Your training below is up to date."
Click Try again. Your training list is not affected.
There is no Certificate of completion (PDF) button on a finished course.
The certificate is offered only on a course you have finished. Open the course under Done. If it is still missing, ask whoever runs training for a record of your completion.
